Agility, speed, and power training

Join weekly training sessions with professional coaches to become a better athlete!

As young athletes develop their skills on the field, it’s important to train their body to be as durable, strong, and agile as possible. Speed and quickness are non-negotiable in most sports and we are here to build athletes from the ground up.

What they will learn.

  • Learn proper running, jumping and footwork mechanics
  • Increase core strength, balance, and power output.
  • Education on nutrition for athletes
  • Increase confidence
  • Focus on mental toughness and resilience
  • Basic bodyweight strength and mobility movements based on ability
  • We will push the kids based on where they are so they get the training they need
  • They will learn how to push themselves when they might not want to
