Testimonials: Just a few from some recent clients!
“I began working with Scott near the end of my junior year of high school in 2009. I had a long history of injuries while competing in cross country running, swimming, and track that I had been training through since my freshmen year and even in middle school. I was a varsity athlete, but never really able to get to the next level or make it to the state level. Scott met my mom at a tennis clinic and offered to help me out after she explained some of the injuries I was experiencing. Scott pushed me right from the start and expected a lot from me which was good. He helped me with my form and was a guide for me in my training. I was an athlete that wanted to get better and would do anything to get there. Scott pushed me, harder than I thought possible. It was the push I needed, but also the right knowledge and experience to help me. It was the best thing I could have asked for, not only did I become mentally tougher but I got faster in running and swimming, but better yet was finally injury free! Since that first training session, Scott and I instantly had a great connection and he always listened to me but knew when and where to push me to be the best athlete and person I could become. He has developed as a life coach as well as a trainer to me. Through the years he has provided me with the guidance in my athletic endeavors as well as my life challenges and road blocks. I know I would not be where I am today, training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs as a Modern Pentathlete trying to qualify for the Rio Olympics in 2016, if it weren’t for him. He helped me realize that I could be injury free and was capable of so much more than I thought. I still go to Scott for advice on my training and in life; he has kept me grounded and my life in perspective reminding me to live my life to the fullest and work hard for the things that I love and want.” Sammy Schultz [Olympian]
“I have been running for 20 years and train for all kinds of race distances from marathon to ultras. I am four months into training now and I am injury free for the first time in my career. Thanks to Scott in his training which I have been following to the letter.” Josh L. [runner/athlete]
“Scott is a fantastic coach. My schedule is so busy with college, full-time work and family. His ability to adjust my schedule at any moment was priceless. He answers questions quickly and his strength and hip sets were essential in making me strong and capable, while healing a hip problem that I had for more than a year.” Amber [athlete/parent]
